The Association of Cornish Property Professionals

The Association of Cornish Property Professionals allows property people in Cornwall to share the latest news and guidance and helps create a better understanding in dealing with our mutual clients. We meet three times per year to discuss issues relevant across our professional boundaries with specialists presenting on the latest legislation, best practise and innovations in the property sector.

Our meetings are useful networking events where you have the opportunity to put faces to names of other professionals in the region. It is also a place to use as a forum for ideas and opinions on industry topics.

We launched in 2011 and our first speaker was Tony Batchelor from GeoScience Limited of Falmouth on the subject of hot rocks exploitation. Since then we have covered topics ranging from radon to knotweed to building regulations and planning changes.

We hope the launch of this  website will build on our group with a further format to share information, events and knowledge for the benefit of members.
