Many of you operating in the Agency and Lettings sectors will have received a letter in June from The Public Protection service of Cornwall Council, detailing that there has been an increase in their concerns relating to practices in the Estate Agency and Letting sectors.

In order to explore this further Mr John Tutchier, a Trading Standards Officer from Cornwall Council will present on this at our next meeting on the 12th September.
